Filled with warming spices, made with almond meal, polenta, coconut yoghurt, chia seeds and coconut sugar to sweeten, this cake is gluten-free and loaded with whole foods, yet seriously indulgent.
We ice this cake with a tahini, rosewater + coconut icing that is fragrant and mildly sweet; it's very delicious.
Cake is approximately 23cm in width and serves 10 generous slices. Store airtight in the refrigerator to keep your cake fresh for 3-4 days.
