HOW IT WORKS
Our food is prepared fresh on Mondays at the Nourishing Club commercial kitchen in Crows Nest, Sydney. We use only fresh, whole food ingredients and organic where possible. All meals are free from gluten, meat, dairy, eggs and refined sugar. Food is cooked only using extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil only, where required.
We take the hassle out of meal-prep and do it all for you! Our meals are ready to enjoy upon delivery– order meals, snacks and pantry staples that stay fresh til Friday!
Our orders can either be picked up, or will be delivered weekly to postal codes within our delivery range.
Delivery is made on either Monday or Tuesday – you will be notified after ordering which date your order will be received, however please let us know in the comments if you have a preference.
Please ensure you provide us with a delivery address that is attended, or safe to leave during business hours.
We supply your meals, snack and pantry staples in re-useable containers, that are designed to be returned at your next delivery. You will be charged a $10.00 deposit for containers at your first order. Please return washed containers back at each delivery.
If you want to pause or cease orders, once washed containers have been received, we will reimburse your container deposit fee.
Place your order before midnight each Saturday for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.
