Ingredients: water, buckwheat groats, brown rice, quinoa, lentils, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, zucchini, carrots, psyllium husks, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, turmeric, black pepper.
We soak all grains, legumes and seeds for 24 hours, then rinse, drain and blend together with remaining ingredients. The loaf is baked at a low and slow temperature until golden brown.
We recommend slicing and freezing, then toasting twice to serve, for the ultimate consistency and crunch! Lather in nut butter, slices of avocado, or drizzle in olive oil for nourishment on the run.
