Banoffee Pie can be a serious table divider, BUT ours is void of cream which we think is the real item of contention in this classic dessert. Made with layers of cinnamon-y pastry, date and nut butter caramel, fresh banana slices, our signature raw chocolate and toasted coconut, what's not to love!
Our pastry is made from almond meal, chickpea flour and chia seeds, and you'd be fooled into thinking it's the gluten and dairy laden original. Our caramel is made from medjool dates, cashew, sesame and coconut butter and lemon juice; it's sweet and tart and creamy.
Perfect for a birthday, celebration, dinner party, or for no reason at all, get your chompers around this delight!
This pie is approximately 23cm in width and serves 10 generous slices. Store airtight in the refrigerator to keep your pie fresh for 3-4 days.
