Made with almond meal, polenta, coconut yoghurt, raw cacao powder, chia seeds and coconut sugar to sweeten, this cake is gluten-free, loaded with whole foods, yet seriously indulgent. We make our ganache from coconut cream and pure dark chocolate and adorn with fresh berries which add a tart tang to cut through the decadence!
Cake is approximately 23cm in width and serves 10 generous slices. Store airtight in the refrigerator to keep your cake fresh for 3-4 days.
