This beautiful slice offers the perfect balance of subtle sweetness and zesty freshness in every bite. This is a new version of the low-sugar option I created when I had my shop in 2022 and it's seriously more-ish. It packs a punch in both flavour and satiation – I love recommending this one to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, as well as anyone looking to lower their sugar intake but still partial to a sweet treat.
Coconut is a wonderful source of lauric acid; a healthy source of fat that is readily converted into energy, rather than stored as fat within the body. It's also antimicrobial. Coconut is also a wonderful source of fibre that supports a happy intestinal system.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to one month.
