GREEN GOODNESS PESTO

A delicious blend of dark leafy greens, fragrant herbs, toasted pumpkin seeds, lemon juice, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper. 

Use as a dip, stir through freshly cooked pasta (we love this one), dollop atop a bowl full of roasted vegetables, spread on toast, the opportunities are endless!  

This hand made pesto will keep for 7 days when stored in the fridge. Top with a little extra olive oil in between uses to retain freshness.
