GREEN MINESTRONE WITH PESTO, WHITE BEANS + LENTILS

A cleansing green soup is often just what you need for a speedy lunch, or simple dinner. Pair alongside some crusty bread or extra protein if you feel you need it. 

Packed full of green veggies, delicious pesto, creamy beans and lentils, and my favourite gluten free pasta by Olive Green Organics. This soup is so comforting and hearty. It’s a very green take on a minestrone soup that I know you will love! 

Sold in a 1L BioPak compostable container. Serves 2-3 persons.

Broccoli, zucchini, celery, lentils, white beans, kale, quinoa and brown rice pasta, onion, parsley, basil, garlic, lemon juice, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt + pepper.
