This combination of carbohydrates (dates) and fat (coconut and cashews) also helps to balance your blood sugar levels and maintain a stable release of energy from this wonderfully delicious snack. We coat it all in our signature dark chocolate mix that's spiked with carob, vanilla and sea salt.
