PUMPKIN, LENTIL, MISO, LEMON + HERB SOUP

This soup is lovely, fragrant, and layered with flavoursome elements; the umami of miso, tang of lemon, creaminess of pumpkin and peppery bite of fresh herbs. We don't blend this soup and the result is filled with bite and texture, a warm and cosy broth that will nourish you from top to toe.

Sold in a 1L BioPak compostable container. Serves 3-4 persons.

Your soup will best keep fresh when stored in an airtight container or jar for 6 days. You can also freeze for up to two months.
