Made on base of coconut milk, filled with vegetables and mungbeans, this dish is full of beneficial micro nutrients, good healthy fats and quality protein to satiate you and fuel your body.
This dish is designed to be enjoyed within 5 days and will keep for the same length of time when refrigerated. You can also freeze this dish for up to two months. We recommend serving with brown rice noodles, rice or quinoa.
